Martijn Vlaar

Martijn Vlaar is an experienced professional in the fields of software engineering and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master at DSW Zorgverzekeraar since June 2017, where previous contributions also included a role as a Software Engineer. Martijn's academic background includes a PhD candidacy at TU Delft, culminating in a defended thesis on September 26th, 2017. Additional experience includes positions as a Network Administrator and Troubleshooter at Profarm B.V. and an internship as an Engineer at Moog, focusing on the design and prototyping of an MRI-compatible torque sensor. Martijn holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in Biomechatronics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
