Everett Mansfield is passionate about excellence in operational execution and leadership. They have owned and operated Colorado Craftsmanship from 2018 to 2022 and served as Facilities Manager at Camp Elim from 2011 to 2018. Everett has held several roles in emergency services, including Captain/EMT with Mountain Communities Volunteer Fire Department and Lieutenant/EMT with Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue between 2015 and 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Field Superintendent at DT Construct Inc. since 2025 and are pursuing education at Gustavus Adolphus College.
