Jennifer Kalpokas Doan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director (co-Lead) at DT Global since July 2022 and Chairperson of the Board at Bank South Pacific Vanuatu Ltd since September 2019, Jennifer has previously held significant roles such as Director of Strategy & Programs at Cardno International Development and Senior Program Manager at the Governance for Growth Program with AusAID. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Hawai‘i System, Jennifer's career reflects a dedication to governance, development, and education.
