Glenn Sprague has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Glenn began their career in 1988 at BGS Model and Molds, Inc., where they served as an Owner/Partner. During their time there, they specialized in specialty lighting for various car manufacturers and also worked on pace car builds for events such as the Indianapolis 500.

In 2007, Glenn transitioned to Merlyn, LLC, where they took on the role of Owner/Lead Engineer. Here, they were responsible for the design of the Iconic Motors GTR, working on aspects such as suspension and carbon fiber composite chassis structure.

Most recently, since 2011, Glenn has been with DT Manufacturing Company, initially starting as an Engineering & Design Manager and later assuming the role of Director of Engineering. Glenn'sresponsibilities encompass plastic injection molds, part design, mold flow, tool design, and process for various applications. Glenn Sprague has a diverse education history. In 1978-1979, they attended Livonia Career Technical Center and obtained a degree in Commercial Art/Engineering Drafting. From 1979 to 1988, they participated in an apprenticeship program at Precision Color where they gained knowledge in printing color separation, mechanical engineering, and electronics. In 1983, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course, which focused on effective speaking and human relations. In 1984-1985, Glenn attended SchoolCraft College and studied computer programming. In 1986, they completed a supervisory and management course at Dun & Brad Street. Later, in 1996-1997, they pursued advanced studies in CAD advanced surfacing model/CAM at Cim Solution. Lastly, in 1997, Glenn attended Progressive Computing Corp. to gain expertise in SolidWorks/Solid Modeling.
