David Slater

David Slater has an extensive work experience in the energy industry. David is currently the President and CEO of DT Midstream since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DTE Energy where they held various roles, including President and COO from December 2014 to July 2021. David also served as Executive Vice President for a brief period in 2014 and as SVP from April 2011 to February 2014. Before joining DTE Energy, they worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from August 2010 to April 2011. David's career started at Nexen Inc., where they were a Managing Director from October 2002 to August 2010.

David Slater completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Windsor from 1986 to 1989. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, completing it in 1996.
