David Woraczek has extensive experience in customer support and the bicycle industry, currently serving as Manager of Customer Support International at DT Swiss since January 2021, after progressing through roles including Specialist Customer Support International and International Customer Support Assistant. Prior to this, David worked at 2rad Schweiz | 2routes Suisse | 2ruote Svizzera as Prüfungsexperte 2Rad Verband Schweiz from January 2016 to June 2023, and held the position of Shopleiter at Bikeimpuls from June 2015 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as Zweiradmechaniker at Veloladen Leuthold and an apprenticeship at Velowerkstatt Grüens Huus. David is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science in Business Administration at HSO Business School Switzerland, alongside a Dipl. Wirtschaftsfachmann HWD, and holds a federal certificate as a Zweiradmechaniker from gibb Berufsfachschule Bern.
