Bob Chappelear

Bob (Robert) Chappelear has over thirty years of experience in the power industry, beginning with a decade in the Navy as a Gas Turbine Mechanic. They worked for twenty-one years at a co-generation facility in California, where they advanced from Operator to Maintenance Manager, then served as Plant Manager. Most recently, Bob has held roles at Veolia North America as a Shift Supervisor and is currently an O&M Tech Level IV at DTE Energy in Stanton, TN. With a background in tactical planning and operations, Bob is organized, highly driven, and eager to support others in the industry.
