Vesteinn Sveinsson

Vesteinn Sveinsson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vesteinn started their professional career as a Youth Head Coach at FSU Athletic Club in 2007. After that, they worked as a Resident Assistant and Library Assistant at Marshalltown Community College from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, they joined Mechdyne Corporation as a Project Manager, where they managed large-scale project installations in the AV industry. Then, in 2018, they became an Innova Project Manager at Marel, responsible for delivering large-scale production and MES software systems for the food production industry. In 2021, Vesteinn joined Advania Ísland as the Development Department Manager, overseeing the department's operations until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Development at DTE.

Vesteinn Sveinsson completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Marshalltown Community College from 2009 to 2011. Vesteinn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Ashford University from 2011 to 2013.
