Robert Cliche

Vice President of Customer Success at DTiQ

Robert Cliche has extensive work experience in various customer success and management roles. Robert began their career in 2004 as a Store Manager at Starbucks, where they worked for 10 years. In 2014, they joined Cafua Management Company as a District Manager, a position they held for two years before moving to New England Craft Restaurant Concepts in 2016 as a District Manager. After two years there, they joined The Catalano Companies as a District Manager until 2019. Since then, they have been with DTiQ, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to Team Lead, Director, and Senior Director of Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at DTiQ.

Robert Cliche earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount Washington College in 2011.
