William Ross

William Ross has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. William started their career at Storage Technology in 1988 as a FE and worked there until 2007. In 1988, they also joined Oracle as a Customer Service Representative and remained with the company until 2015. In 2007, they joined Sun Microsystems as a FE and stayed there until 2010. In 2016, they joined DTiQ as an Install Support Technician and later transitioned to the role of Technical Account Manager. In this role, they provided VIP support for installing IP cameras and connecting them to customer POS systems, as well as creating new customer processes. Most recently, in 2022, they joined IntraLogic Solutions LLC as a Support Specialist.

William Ross attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General. William also has additional certifications including Solaris 9, obtained in January 2008, and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification obtained in October 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
