Jenna Shugars

Jenna Shugars currently serves as Account Lead at DTS Connex, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jenna was the Director of Account Service and Director of Operations at Exit10 from January 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, overseeing project financials, and improving agency processes. Jenna's extensive experience in account management began at Renegade Communications, progressing from Associate Account Executive to Account Executive over a five-year period. Earlier roles included Copy Desk Editor at Free Press Newspaper, Kitting Area Employee at Knorr Brake Corporation, and an intern at WTTR Radio Station. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Spanish from McDaniel College, earned in 2012.
