Birgitte Nortvig

Birgitte Nortvig is an experienced professional in organizational and leadership development, currently serving as the owner of Birgitte Nortvig - fra strategi til handling since February 2013. As an ekstern lektor at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since September 2017, Birgitte focuses on coaching and leadership with an emphasis on professional advisory services. Previous roles include co-founding and partnering at Stein & Nortvig (2008-2013), senior consultant at Unik Human Resources (2005-2008) specializing in management and organizational development, and various development consultant positions at The Performance Institute, TeliaSonera, and Mobilix between 2000 and 2006. Birgitte's career began as a supervisor at Det Berlingske Officin (1996-2000). Educational qualifications include attendance at Zahles seminarium, DISPUK, and Syddansk Universitet.
