Jesper Holck

Jesper Holck is a Senior Researcher at the Department of Biotechnology and Biomedicine as well as the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), where responsibilities include enzyme catalysis, enzymatic extraction of polysaccharides from biomass, carbohydrate analysis, and mass spectroscopy. Previous experience includes roles as a researcher focused on enzymatic carbohydrate design and purification technology, and postdoctoral positions centered on the enzymatic production of human milk oligosaccharides and glycosyl transferases. Jesper Holck's expertise was further enhanced during a visiting scientist role at USDA, researching bioactive and biobased products from agricultural residues. Education includes a Master of Science in Biotechnology from DTU.
