Manon Eggink is a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since February 2020, focusing on the use of black soldier fly larvae meal as an alternative fish feed ingredient, addressing challenges related to production volumes, amino acid content, fatty acid profiles, and chitin presence. Manon has served as a PhD Committee member, contributing to the evaluation and development of PhD education. In addition, Manon was the National Coordinator for the European Aquaculture Society from February 2022 to February 2024 and developed teaching materials in a collaboration with Verdensmål.dk and Gentofte HF High School from January 2021 to January 2022. An internship at Nestlé in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Scientific Affairs preceded this experience. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nutrition from DTU, multiple Master's degrees from Wageningen University & Research, and a VWO diploma from De Noordgouw.
