Natalie Rizzo is currently a PhD Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on life cycle assessment to assess the sustainability of aquaculture systems, specifically Mediterranean sea bream. Previously, Rizzo was a Graduate Student at the University of California, Davis, where a Master of Science in Animal Sciences was earned. Rizzo has extensive experience as an Aquarist at both the California Science Center and Santa Monica Pier Aquarium, in addition to roles at STAR Eco Station and Psychemedics Corporation as an Extraction Chemist and Lab Assistant. Early work includes positions as an Instructor with Naturalists At Large and various catering and serving roles. Rizzo holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from DePaul University.
