Rikke Simonsen

Rikke Simonsen currently serves as Chef for the Office for CIO and holds leadership positions in the Proces Excellence Team and in Regnskabsdrift og Support at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since November 2011. Prior to this, Rikke held various economic leadership roles at DR from June 2007 to October 2011, overseeing departments such as DR Nyheder, DR Oplysning, and DR Aktualitet. Rikke's earlier experience at DR from June 2000 to 2007 included roles as Administrationsleder for DR Dokumentar and in Redaktionsøkonomi for TV Fakta. Additional experience includes working as a bogholder, økonom, and projektleder at Alterna Solo/Alterna Group/Link House from 1993 to 1998, and as an accountant at Ernst & Young from August 1987 to July 1992.
