Kenny Dutton

Owner / President at Du-West Construction, Inc.

Kenny Dutton has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kenny started their career at The Bob Fournet Company as a Tool Room/Runner in 1982. Kenny then moved on to Du-West Construction, Inc. in 1983, where they worked their way up from a Laborer to Vice President. During their time at Du-West Construction, Kenny played a crucial role in introducing the pressed pile system for foundation repair, which became widely accepted in Houston. In 1988, they joined the US Marine Corps and served as a Machine Gun Squad Leader during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. After completing their military service in 1992, they returned to Du-West Construction, Inc. as the Owner/President. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth and profitability.

Kenny Dutton attended San Jacinto College from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Drafting, Math, and PreEngineering. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Pasadena High School from 1979 to 1982, obtaining a degree in General Studies and Building Trades. Kenny also holds a certification as a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist from the Foundation Repair Association, which they obtained in September 2003.
