Dr. Ramakrishna Krovvidi

Dr. Ramakrishna Krovvidi (RK) has extensive experience in HR and organizational development. Dr. Ramakrishna is currently the EVP HR and Head of HRBP and Organization Development at du, where they are responsible for elevating the capabilities of the company and enhancing organizational capabilities. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President HRBP and Organizational Development at Etihad, where they led productivity improvement initiatives and developed strategic organizational development programs. RK also has experience at Emirates Group, where they worked in performance development, and at Jet Airways, where they were involved in human resources and industrial engineering. Throughout their career, RK has achieved various awards and recognitions for their contributions in employee engagement, strategy execution, innovation, and efficiency improvement.

Dr. Ramakrishna Krovvidi (RK) completed a Research Doctorate (DBA) in Organization Performance from The University of Manchester's Alliance Manchester Business School from 2015-2022. Prior to this, from 2011-2013, RK pursued a degree in General Management as part of the UAE Consortium for Executive Development at INSEAD.
