Jenny Taylor

Jenny Taylor currently serves as the Director of Strategic HR Projects and Director of Learning and Development at du, starting in March 2024. Prior to this, Jenny held multiple roles at HSBC from March 2010 to March 2024, including Regional Learning & Development Manager for Global Banking & Markets and the Commercial Bank in MENAT, where responsibilities included the execution of training aligned with strategic goals. Jenny also led HSBC’s global female talent program during 2022 to 2023 and acted as a Senior HR Manager for Global Banking & Markets and Private Bank across nine countries. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Dubai International Capital and senior HR roles at Willis Towers Watson and Baker Tilly. Education credentials include a CIPD degree from Kingston Business School, awarded with distinction.
