Mohamed Allam has a diverse work experience in various positions within the telecommunications and construction industries. Mohamed started their career as a Cost Control engineer at Samsung C&T, Engineering & Construction Americas, where they handled pricing for a $400 million project. Mohamed then worked as a Roll Out engineer at Orange and Mobily, where they were responsible for site surveys, coordination with subcontractors, and technical design revisions. Later, they joined du as a Senior Roll Out Engineer, overseeing civil work and coordinating with different departments. Mohamed was then promoted to Senior Implementation Manager in the Northern Emirates and eventually became the Senior Manager of Civil and EM Operations, where they introduced technical solutions for network optimization and cost savings. Their most recent role at du was as the Senior Manager of Infrastructure Operations, responsible for the company's mobile and fixed network maintenance and operations, as well as the implementation of their 5G network. Mohamed is currently working as the Director of Field Operations at du, leading a team and overseeing field-level activities, including digital transformation using IoT and AI technologies.
Mohamed Allam completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Benha University, with a completion date of 2003.
