Shahid Ayub

Shahid Ayub has extensive experience in network operations and engineering, currently serving as SME/Team Lead SOC at du since January 2016, where responsibilities include leading the team on internet and Core issues and acting as the single point of contact for escalated enterprise customer issues. Prior to this role, Shahid worked as a Network Engineer focusing on Internet Backbone, managing change requests and network topologies. Experience also includes a position as Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco and over eight years at Cyber Internet Service Provider (Pvt) Ltd., where tasks ranged from managing network operations in Lahore and Punjab to troubleshooting and designing network changes for scalability. Shahid holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allama Iqbal Open University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
