Usama Abudayah

Usama Abudayah has extensive work experience in the field of digital development and transformation. Usama has worked at du as the Director of Digital Development and Director of Channels Development, where they implemented strategies and tools to expand relationships in the target market and oversaw the digital transformation project E2E. Usama also piloted the Agile transformation program and supervised the Resource Protection Area.

Prior to their role at du, Usama worked at Trianz as a Technical Digitisation and Delivery Manager. In this role, they led a distributed team across different continents and ensured efficient service delivery within the business context. Usama also assessed customer feedback to improve and refine services and drive digital transformation.

Before Trianz, Usama worked at du as the Manager of Digital Solutions Design & Assessment. Usama collaborated with colleagues to create the first digital app for du and developed a coherent strategy for assessment and progression services. Usama also served as a subject matter expert for application assessment and drove innovative programs and offers in line with business objectives.

Earlier in their career, Usama worked at Mobily as an OSS team lead, at EJADA as a Senior Developer, and at the Royal Scientific Society as a Developer.

Usama Abudayah earned a BSc in Software Engineering from The Hashemite University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
