Yasser Eissa

Yasser Eissa is an experienced legal advisor and dispute officer at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority since December 2022. Yasser has held a leadership role as the Consumer Affairs Team Leader at du since January 2018 and previously worked at Teleperformance as a Back Office Consultant and Consumer Affairs Associate from May 2016 to January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Xceed and as a Front Desk Receptionist at Al-Batros hotel. Yasser holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Al-Alsun, completed in 2013.
