Joseph Poplawski

Joseph Poplawski is a seasoned professional in the surety industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Mining Surety at DUAL North America since May 2023, where the focus is on commercial surety with a specialization in mining reclamation accounts both domestically and internationally. Prior to this role, Joseph held significant positions including Senior Vice President and National Underwriting Officer at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. from January 2015 to May 2023, and U.S. Commercial Surety Practice Leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from September 1997 to December 2014. Joseph began the career in the surety field at Travelers Casualty and Surety Company as a Commercial Surety Manager from May 1988 to September 1997.
