Scott Proctor

Scott Proctor currently serves as SVP of IT Infrastructure, Service, and Security at DUAL North America since November 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc., including Vice President of Information Technology and Director of IT from October 2018 to October 2024. Scott's extensive experience in the insurance industry includes serving as Vice President of Information Technology at National General Insurance Company from July 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included VP of Application Development and VP of Data Services. Additionally, Scott was the Chief Information Officer at Imperial Fire & Casualty Insurance Company and ABC Insurance Agencies of Texas from July 2007 to July 2014. Earlier experiences span over a decade at Infinity Insurance Company, serving as Assistant Vice President of Information Systems and an IT Project Leader. Scott Proctor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southern Methodist University from 1987 to 1991.
