David Noel is the CEO of Dual Temp Company, a position held since 1986. They have also served as a board member and board chair for the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley since 2009, actively volunteering to address social service needs. Previously, David worked as an engineer/manager at GE from 1972 to 1975 and as the general manager of ACE Hotel & Bar Supply Company from 1975 to 1982. They further led Hospitality Technology Inc. as president and CEO from 1980 to 1987. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Boston University, earned in 1972.
