Luis Etchebarne

Luis Etchebarne is a Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in software development. Currently employed at Dualboot Partners since March 2022, Luis previously worked as a Developer in the Application Team at Topaz from January 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that role, Luis served as a Técnico informático at Universidad de la República from March 2019 to February 2020 and worked as a Full Stack Developer at Intendencia de Paysandu in 2018, where Luis developed a mobile application for Android and a web server for public tree management. Luis holds a degree in Tecnólogo en Informática from Universidad de la República, completed between 2016 and 2019.
