Xavier Enrique Sarmiento Parra

Xavier Enrique Sarmiento Parra is an experienced engineer and entrepreneur currently serving as an Engineer and Colombia Partner at Dualboot Partners and as Co-Founder & CEO of ChibchApps since October 2021. Previously, Xavier held the position of Engineering Manager at Condor Labs from March 2014 to October 2021, overseeing multiple teams and projects, and managing up to seven direct reports. Earlier roles included Engineering Lead and Software Engineer, where responsibilities involved developing detailed design structures, managing project requirements, and working within agile teams to create business applications using Microsoft and open-source technologies. Xavier began the career as a Software Developer at Newshore and Zeus Tecnologia, with a foundational education in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar.
