Jacqueline Brooks

Jacqueline Brooks is a Corporate and Finance Partner at Duane Morris LLP since September 2023, following an extensive tenure at Saul Ewing LLP from September 2006 to August 2023 in the same role. Jacqueline began her legal career with experiences as a Legislative Intern for the United States House Judiciary Committee and as a Summer Associate at both Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and The Stolar Partnership, where research and legal memoranda on corporate and securities law, real estate law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation were key responsibilities. An earlier internship with the Office of Senator Max Cleland involved assisting with research on judicial affairs and managing constituent correspondence. Jacqueline holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia Southern University (2003).
