Mark Steiner

Mark Steiner is a partner and co-chair of the Trademark & Copyright Law Practice Group at Duane Morris LLP, a position held since January 2011. Prior to this, Mark served as a partner and the leader of the Trademark & Copyright Practice Group at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP from August 1983 to December 2010, where oversight of trademark and copyright matters for diverse industries, such as retail, consumer products, high-tech goods, and online services was provided. Mark holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a B.A. with High Honors in Rhetoric & Mass Communications from the University of California, Davis.
