Monté Squire

Monté Squire is a Partner at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent litigation and complex commercial litigation. Squire previously served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Gregory M. Sleet at the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and held the position of Administrative Patent Judge at the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, Squire worked as an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP and spent a decade as a Research and Development Engineer at LyondellBasell. Squire earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Wilmington University.
