Tiffany Alberty

Tiffany Alberty is an experienced Associate Attorney currently at Duane Morris LLP, specializing in employer defense litigation with a focus on healthcare and hospitality sectors. Prior to this role, Tiffany worked at Jackson Lewis P.C., handling similar legal matters for a range of clients, as well as at Hall & Evans, LLC, where the practice included insurance defense across various areas such as mass torts and employment law. Tiffany's legal career began at Malman Law, concentrating on medical malpractice and long-term care litigation. Tiffany holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of New Mexico.
