Lot Demeyer is a versatile musician with extensive experience as a freelance oboist in the Greater Los Angeles area since 2012, collaborating with various prominent ensembles such as Musica Angelica and the Oregon Bach Festival Orchestra. As a lecturer in Baroque Oboe at the University of Southern California since 2014, Lot also serves as a general music teacher in the Duarte Unified School District and has held roles in music education across several institutions, including Dana Middle School and Education Through Music-Los Angeles. Additionally, Lot possesses a rich background in choral direction and music pedagogy, having directed children's choirs and taught at various Belgian music academies. Lot holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Southern California and multiple degrees and credentials from the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles.
