Heather Archer

Heather Archer, MA, is a seasoned Chief Training Officer and Master Trainer with extensive experience in adult learning and change management. Founder of Training de Jour since January 2017, Heather specializes in addressing training gaps for various organizations. Current roles include Workshop Facilitator at Duarte, Inc. and Professional Facilitator for The Leaders Institute, alongside contract work with Amplity Health. Previously, roles included IT Training Manager at AstraZeneca and Knowledge Information Management Training Specialist at MedImmune, where Heather trained thousands of users and developed comprehensive training programs. Heather holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development from Northern Arizona University.
