Payton O'Neill

Payton O'Neill, M. Ed., has a diverse professional background in education and revenue operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Enablement & Operations at Duarte, Inc. since August 2021, Payton plays a key role in revenue operations and has developed a company-wide intranet, alongside improving Salesforce reporting efficiencies. Previous experience includes positions such as Manager of Customer Success and Academy Account Manager at Duarte, and Data Management Team Lead at Burlingame School District. Payton has teaching experience spanning various educational institutions, including roles as a Fifth Grade Teacher and Teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School and The Carey School, respectively. Payton holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
