Noelle Boyce

Noelle Boyce is a legal professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and aviation sectors. Currently serving as VP and Senior Legal Counsel at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise since September 2024, Noelle previously held positions at Holland & Knight (UK) LLP from January 2014 to September 2024, where roles included Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Noelle also provided legal counsel on secondment at GE Capital Aviation Services from April 2017 to April 2018. Earlier career experiences include Senior Paralegal at Stewarts Law LLP and Stagiaire at Squire Patton Boggs. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Law (LLB), both from the University of Galway.
