Yousuf Behzad

Yousuf Behzad serves as the Chief People & Organizational Development Officer at the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority since January 2022, focusing on enhancing human capital and organizational effectiveness. With a long tenure at the Dubai Airport Freezone Authority since July 2005, Yousuf has held multiple key roles, including Executive Career Coach and various senior leadership positions in People Growth & Strategy, providing strategic advice to top management on improving people development and organizational excellence. Previous experience includes leadership roles at the Department of Health & Medical Services from 1999 to 2005, culminating in the position of Director of Planning & Statistics. Yousuf holds a Master of Management Planning and Policy in Human Resources from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Political Science.
