Abdullah al Shamsi

Abdullah Al Shamsi is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Future of Things at Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects since June 2010. Abdullah has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Head of IT, Telecom and Airport Security Systems, overseeing systems specifications, design, integration, implementation, and project delivery. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy ELV / IT Manager at the Department of Civil Aviation - DIA, where Abdullah was responsible for a wide range of ELV/IT systems, and as a System Engineer in the Engineering Projects Division of the Government of Dubai's Department of Civil Aviation. Abdullah holds a Master’s degree in MITM from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
