Mohamad Kassem

Mohamad Kassem possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Dubai Cares since January 2010, with prior roles as Senior Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Kassem worked at Dubai Mercantile Exchange from February 2007 to January 2010, taking on positions such as IT Services and Projects Engineer and IT Servicedesk Executive, contributing to commodity trading solutions and promoting efficient risk management. Kassem holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Data Analytics from Boston University, expected to be completed in January 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Abu Dhabi University, attained in December 2006, complemented by early education at the American University of Sharjah.
