Ernesto Capistrán

Ernesto Capistrán has extensive experience in business development and trade marketing. Ernesto has held various roles in different organizations, including being the Chief Representative for Mexico at Dubai Chambers, a Business Development Manager at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and at ApexBrasil. Ernesto has also worked as a Business Development Manager for Latin America at Asten USA Beauty, where they were responsible for planning market-entry strategies, finding distributors internationally, and supervising a team for storage and distribution. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Manager at Consultoria Internacional, where they focused on growing business in Mexico and Latin America. Ernesto's career began as a Trade Marketing Specialist at Ceo Business Consulting SC, where they conducted desk research, assisted companies in finding partners and distributors, and provided entrepreneurial assistance.

Ernesto Capistrán attended EGADE Business School at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2022, focusing on Strategic Digital Transformation. Ernesto also studied at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Lic. Administracion de Negocios Internacionales, specializing in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, with a focus on Negocios internacionales. In terms of additional certifications, Ernesto obtained Data Science I certification from The Johns Hopkins University in 2020. Ernesto also earned a certification in Doing business in Latin America from Universidad de Los Andes in 2019, and an IEDC Advanced Training Course certification in Foreign Direct Investment & Exporting from the International Economic Development Council in 2016.
