Khaoula Bouhajar is an experienced project manager currently working at Dubai Chambers since April 2023. Previously, Khaoula served as a Principal Executive at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism from June 2015 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme and receiving multiple recognitions at the Business Excellence Awards from HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed Al Maktoum and other dignitaries from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, Khaoula was an Event Management Freelancer from June 2012 to May 2015, successfully handling various significant events, including the Smart Government exhibition and UAE National Day celebrations. Khaoula's career began as a Sales Representative at Barclays Bank from October 2007 to March 2012, focusing on customer relationship management. Khaoula holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Science and Management from Ecole Superieure de Commerce Tunis and a Baccalaureate Certificate in Economy and Management from High School Fahs.
