Dr Bernard Creed

Dr. Bernard Creed has extensive experience in finance and governance within the duty-free and retail sectors. Currently a Board Member of the Middle East Africa Duty Free Association, Dr. Creed also serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Dubai Duty Free, the largest single airport duty-free operation globally. Holding various positions at Dubai Duty Free since 2001, including Financial Controller and Vice President of Finance at JAS (Jebel Ali School), Dr. Creed's expertise is further complemented by significant roles on the boards of organizations such as the Dubai Duty Free Foundation and previously the Irish Business Network. Educational credentials include a PhD in Airport Retailing from the University of Wollongong, an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans, and CPA certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
