Dinesh Kandpal

Dinesh Kandpal currently serves as the Chief Technology Architect & Advisor at Dubai Health Authority since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dinesh held several positions at EHSUAE, including Digital Health Product Architect and Program Manager for Digital Health from April 2021 to September 2023. Dinesh also worked as Program Manager for Digital Health & Tatmeen at the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the UAE from June 2020 to March 2021. A significant portion of Dinesh's career was spent at Emirates, where responsibilities included Software Development Manager roles in the Innovation Lab and SOA Platform, and earlier positions as Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Dinesh began the career at ATOS as a Software Developer. Academic qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, a GNIIT diploma in Software Architecture and Development from the National Institute of Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
