Sheena Kurian, holding BPharm and MHM degrees, has extensive experience in healthcare management and claims administration. Currently serving as a Senior Officer in the Health Tourism Department of the Dubai Health Authority since July 2015, Sheena has played a pivotal role in the COVID Command Centre and has focused on developing guidelines and evaluating healthcare ecosystems within the industry. Prior to this, Sheena worked at Marsh from 2005 to 2011, progressing from Claims Administrator to Assistant Claims Manager in Employee Benefits Practice, where responsibilities encompassed client interactions, claims management, and team supervision. Earlier experience as a Pharmacist at Al Jameya Pharmacy involved dispensing medications and advising patients on chronic medications.
