Alyssa Reyes

Alyssa Reyes is an experienced professional currently serving as Office Manager - Procurement with Dubai Holding Group Services since July 2023. Previously, Alyssa held various roles at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts from November 2017, including Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President & Head of Global Procurement, and Assistant Development Manager. Alyssa's background includes extensive guest relations experience, having worked as a Guest Relations Executive at the iconic Burj Al Arab, where responsibilities included managing group bookings and ensuring exceptional service. Prior experience also includes a role as Office Administrator at the World Health Organization from July 2014 to September 2017. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Angeles University Foundation and completed a program at The Interior Design Institute in 2022.
