Amir Yousuf

Amir Yousuf is an accomplished finance professional, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Treasury at Dubai Holding since October 2020, where responsibilities include capital management, funding, liquidity management, and compliance. Prior to this role, Amir was the Treasury Lead for Dubai Holding Group Services, overseeing the establishment and leadership of the treasury function across the organization. Previous positions include Financial Controller at NOV and Senior Financial Controller at Ecolog International, as well as serving as Corporate Financial Controller at Al Ghurair Investment, where strategic planning, budgeting, and business decision support were key responsibilities. Amir’s early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers encompassed various roles including Manager and Senior, concentrating on complex audit assignments and financial reporting. Amir began professional training at KPMG in Pakistan and holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan along with advanced credentials from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
