Kumuduni Rathnayake

Kumuduni Rathnayake is an experienced professional in the field of contracts and quantity surveying, currently serving as Associate Director of Contracts at Dubai Holding since March 2018. Prior to this role, Kumuduni held the position of Senior Manager-Contracts at Dubai Properties from October 2007 to February 2018, and served as a Senior Cost Consultant at EC Harris between September 2006 and October 2007. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Thermo LLC and Sanken Lanka (Pvt) from March 2005 to September 2006 and January 1999 to October 2004, respectively. Kumuduni holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from the University of Moratuwa, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
