Abdulrahman Al Tamimi has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Abdulrahman started their career as a Junior Architect at Technical Studies Bureau in 1993, then worked as an Architect at Atkins from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they worked as a Resident Engineer/Architect at DEM (Aust) Pty Ltd from 1999 to 2001.

Abdulrahman joined Mace in 2001 and held roles as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing key projects such as the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai and City Centre Malls in Muscat, Cairo, and Alexandria. In 2007, they joined Dubai Islamic Bank as a Project Director and later became the Head of Project Development. At DIB, they established the real estate department and Madinat Badr Properties LLC from scratch and managed development projects worth over AED 10 billion.
