Amr Bakir

Amr Bakir is an accomplished IT Project Manager at Dubai Islamic Bank since July 2011, where key achievements include the implementation of the Right fax solution, new office setups, billing software (Redbox), and PRI Resiliency, along with collaboration with the Architecture & GIS team. Previously, Amr worked as a Network & Voice Engineer at Banque Misr, managing daily operations and IT infrastructure setups for new branches and ATMs. Amr also served as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at the National Bank of Egypt, overseeing a team in daily IT operations and managing significant incidents. Amr holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Commerce, completing studies between 2005 and 2008, with additional education from Cairo University during the same period.
