Hafez Awad

Hafez Awad, CHRBP, has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Dubai Islamic Bank since September 2007, where responsibilities have included roles such as AVP - HR Business Partner and Senior Manager across various divisions including Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Recognition. Prior to this, Hafez worked as Group Recruitment Officer at National Food Products Company from September 2006 to September 2007 and as HR-Personnel Officer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers from 2003 to 2006. Hafez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Tourism Management from Philadelphia University, completed in 2003, is a Certified Assessor in Psychometric Assessments from Profiles International Inc., and is certified in Coaching for Optimum Performance from ILM.
